Snowaffair Restaurant Private Limited

Snowaffair Restaurant is right in the middle of the action in Sector 18, Noida. We are on the first floor of the P-11 building, which is actually a pretty busy spot if you’ve ever been to this part of Gautam Buddha Nagar. Being upstairs means we are slightly away from the street noise, but it’s still Noida, so it’s never really quiet or peaceful. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. The restaurant itself is just a place where we try to serve food that makes sense for the people working and living around here. We don't have some grand philosophy about what we do or why we do it. We just open up in the morning, prep the ingredients, and wait for the lunch rush to start. It gets pretty hectic around 1 PM, and sometimes the service isn't as fast as we’d like, but we do our best with the hands we have. The kitchen can get really hot in the summer, especially with the Uttar Pradesh heat outside, but we just keep the fans going and get through it. We aren't some high-end place with a dress code; we just want people to feel comfortable when they walk in. It’s a lot of work running a place in Sector 18, but we like being part of the local scene here and meeting all kinds of people who pass through.
