We eat our lunch together in the small break area when we get the chance. The weather gets really hot here in the middle of the year so the fans are always on full blast. We just try to get the orders done and keep things moving. Most people here have been working in the garment line for many years now and know what they are doing. We've built a steady routine over time and it works for us.
