Siya Shaurya Flour Mill Private Limited

Siya Shaurya Flour Mill Private Limited is located in the Chaka Block area of Naini. We operate out of the space provided by Jyoti Kesharvani. This is a real flour mill, so it’s a bit noisy and there is white dust everywhere. We grind grain for the local community and some other customers. It’s not a clean, polished office job. We wear work clothes and get our hands dirty every day. The machines are old but we keep them running. Naini is an industrial area, so we fit in pretty well with the other businesses around here. We don't have a marketing department. We don't even have a proper sign out front. Most people just know where we are by word of mouth. It is hard work, especially when the weather is hot. We have a couple of guys from the neighborhood who help us out with the heavy sacks. Sometimes the power goes out and everything stops, which is frustrating. But we just wait it out and start again. We started this mill because we saw a need for it in Chaka Block. We don't have any big goals of becoming a huge corporation. We just want to provide for our families and keep the mill going. It’s a basic, honest business. There isn't much more to it than that. We just work hard and stay busy with the grinding and the bagging. It is what it is.
