Our business is located in the Vaishali area of Ghaziabad, at II-B/202. It is a very urban setting compared to the smaller towns, and things here move at a much faster pace. We have a selection of different items that we deal with, mostly focusing on things people need for their everyday lives or for their homes. The office is inside a large building complex, so there is always some noise from the neighbors or people walking past in the hallways. Since space is limited in Vaishali, we have to be very smart about how we stack our boxes and store our inventory. If you were to walk into the office right now, you would probably see boxes piled up to the ceiling and someone trying to find a piece of paper on a very cluttered desk. It is not the kind of place where you would hold a formal meeting, as we usually just talk to people while we are busy sorting through the new arrivals. The traffic around here is always a bit of a mess, so we spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating deliveries to make sure they don't get stuck for hours. We have been in this spot for several years and have seen the whole neighborhood grow up around us. We just keep doing our daily work of picking out the right goods and getting them to the customers who need them. It is busy and loud but it works.
