Siemens Ltd

We are located in Village Barola, right in Sector-49 of Noida. Subhash Chouhan’s place is where we set up our base for Siemens Ltd. It’s a busy area with a lot of people moving around all the time. Our space is basic but it serves the purpose. We have a few desks and a lot of folders stacked up in the corner. Noida is a fast place, but here in Barola, it feels a bit more grounded. We handle local maintenance calls and keep track of various projects from this office. It’s not the kind of place with a glass front and security guards. Usually, you’ll find one or two of us buried in paperwork or talking to contractors. The dust from the road gets in sometimes if we leave the windows open too long. We don’t mind it much. We have been here for a bit and know the local rhythm. Sometimes we have to go out into the field, and other times we are stuck here sorting out emails. It’s a mix of different things every day. We don't use fancy jargon or have big meetings with slides. We just talk about what needs to be fixed and who is going to do it. It’s practical work for real situations. We keep it simple because that is what works best for us and the local folks we see. We are just trying to get things sorted without any extra drama.
