Shree Balaji Construction Co

Shree Balaji Construction Co is based out of Supertech Cape Town in Noida, specifically at CS2. We are right near Ajnara Heritage City, so the whole area is filled with residential buildings and ongoing projects. Being in Noida 201301 means we are surrounded by concrete and construction sites most of the time. Our office is a functional space where we keep our blueprints, site plans, and all the equipment we need for the day. It’s not a place where you’ll find fancy decorations. Instead, there are boots by the door and helmets on the shelves. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the office and the various sites we are working on. The air is often thick with the smell of cement and the sound of machinery, but that’s just how it is in our line of work. We have a small team here, and we all know each other’s habits. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the long afternoons. The building itself is quite modern, but our daily routine is very hands-on and practical. We don’t really spend much time talking about visions or goals. We just look at the plans and see what needs to be built next. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. The office at Cape Town is our hub for everything that happens on the ground.
