Shivprem Consultancy Private Limited is based over in Sector 71, Noida. We are at B-248, which is a fairly easy spot to get to once you are in the sector. Noida is always growing and changing, but our little corner feels pretty stable. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it works for us. Inside, we have everything we need to run our consultancy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at our keyboards. It is the kind of place where the trash can fills up with paper by noon and there is always a half-finished cup of coffee somewhere. We don't have a big HR department or a floor manager; we just manage ourselves. Some of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs to be done. We get all kinds of people coming in with questions about their business and we do our best to give them a straight answer. No fluff, no complicated jargon, just plain talk. The traffic in Sector 71 can be a mess in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up early if we can. We are just a few people sitting in a room trying to get through the work without making any big mistakes. It is a regular job.
