Shivakari Foods Private Limited

Shivakari Foods is located at Plot No. 22-23 on Ghaila Road, which falls under Khasra No. 22 in the Gazipurbalram area of Faizullaganj. We have a decent-sized space here where we handle various food processing tasks. It isn't a high-end facility with polished floors and uniforms. We mostly wear our regular clothes and get to work. The area around Ghaila Road can be quite busy with trucks and local traffic, so it gets noisy during the day. We spend a lot of time sorting through raw materials and getting them ready for packaging. It’s repetitive work, but we find a rhythm to it. We have a small team of local workers who come in every morning. We don't have a lot of hierarchy or big titles. If something needs to be cleaned, whoever is closest grabs a broom. The building itself is just a functional workspace. We have some storage areas that are always overflowing with sacks and boxes. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to sit and wait or do manual tasks until it comes back. We don't do any big marketing campaigns. Most of our business comes from people who already know where we are. We just focus on the daily grind and making sure the bags are sealed properly before they head out. It’s a lot of manual labor, but we are used to it.
