Shalom Realtors Infra Private Limited is over at House No. 15A HIG in Sector 82, Noida. It’s basically a residential house that we’ve turned into our office space, so it has a very different feel than a big commercial building. We like it this way because it’s a bit more relaxed and feels more personal when people come by. Sector 82 is a good part of Noida, and being in an HIG house gives us plenty of room to spread out our architectural plans and infra documents. We spend our days mostly coordinating between different sites and the office. There’s always someone coming in with a new set of drawings or a delivery schedule that needs checking. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. We don't have a team of people in suits; it’s usually just us in jeans and shirts, trying to stay on top of the latest project. Dealing with infrastructure in Noida means you have to be ready for anything, from sudden changes in regulations to local supply issues. We just take it as it comes and try to keep our clients updated. The office can get a bit cluttered with samples and blueprints, but we know where everything is. We’re just a dedicated group working out of a house in Sector 82, trying to build things right without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
