Scrapshala is tucked away in Lane No 14 of Arvindrapuri. The official address is B 2/249-51, and it’s a place where we take things people usually throw away and try to do something better with them. As a social foundation, our goal isn't just about making money; it's more about how we can handle waste in our local area. We see a lot of scrap coming through our doors every week. It might look like a mess to some, but to us, it’s just material waiting for a new purpose. The team here is pretty small, and we all wear many hats. One minute we might be sorting through old bottles, and the next we’re talking about community projects. Arvindrapuri is a quiet enough spot, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on our work. We started this because we saw too much junk being wasted and thought we could do something about it. It’s a hands-on job, and we often go home with dirty hands and tired feet, but it feels good to be working on something that matters locally. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on people seeing what we do and wanting to be part of it.
