Sarash Kumar & Sons

We are located at 8-A Udyog Kendra in Greater Noida. It's an industrial patch, so there’s always a lot of noise from the machines nearby. Sarash Kumar & Sons is a family thing, really. My father started it, and now we all just pitch in to keep the operations running smoothly. We have a decent amount of space here, which is good because we need it for all the materials. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there’s a truck or two waiting outside. We don't spend much time on fancy letters or marketing. Usually, we are on the floor checking the progress of whatever is being made that week. The guys working here have been around for a long time. We eat lunch together and talk about whatever is going on in Gautam Budh Nagar. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We make sure the orders are ready on time, or at least we try our hardest to meet the deadlines. Things can get messy with all the dust and the moving parts, but that's how a workshop is supposed to look. We just want to do the work and go home to our families at the end of the day. There’s no big secret to how we run things, just staying on top of the daily grind and making sure the gate is locked at night. It's just a normal factory life for us.
