Santushti

Santushti is located at number 21 in the L Block Market of Sector 11. It’s a typical market shop. We’ve been here for a few years now. The market is usually bustling with people running errands. We are just one of the many spots people stop by while they're out. The shop isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. We have our regulars who come in every few days. They usually know exactly what they want, so we don't have to talk much if they're in a hurry to get home. We spend a lot of time organizing the back room and keeping the front tidy. It’s constant work. Sometimes the weather makes the market quiet, like when it’s raining hard and nobody wants to be out. On those days, we just sit back and catch up on things. We don't have any big marketing plans. We just rely on being here every day. People in Sector 11 know us and that’s enough for what we need. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. There’s no pressure when you walk in. The building is older, so it has its quirks, like the front door that sticks a bit when it's humid outside. We’ve learned to live with it. Being in L Block is good because it’s a central spot. We see all kinds of people passing by our window at number 21 every day.
