We are located at B-1, Sector-81, Phase-II. This is a big area for factories and electronics. Working at Samsung India Electronics Ltd. here in Noida is quite a task because the scale of everything is just huge. We aren't some small shop. The building is massive and there are hundreds of us coming in for different shifts. It’s all very structured, but when you’re on the floor, it feels like any other job where you have to meet your targets. We make a lot of the gadgets that people use every day. Inside, it’s all clean and bright, which is a big contrast to the dusty roads outside in Sector-81. We have a canteen where everyone gathers during breaks, and that’s where you hear all the real talk about the work and the weather. It’s not like the commercials you see on TV. For us, it’s about checking components and making sure the assembly line doesn't stop. The security is tight, so we spend a lot of time just getting in and out of the gates. Even though it’s a global name, the local vibe in Phase-II is what we deal with every day. The heat in the summer is no joke, but the workspace is kept cool. We just keep our heads down and get the electronics ready for shipping. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s what keeps the place going. We just do our jobs.
