Our office for Samsiddhi Hotels is located at B 20 in Sector 63, Noida. If you know this part of Gautam Buddha Nagar, you know it is full of businesses and factories. We fit right in because we are a working-class team. We manage hotels, which means we spend a lot of our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of the hospitality industry. It is not all glamour and fancy lobbies. Most of it is just making sure the water is hot, the beds are clean, and the staff is on time. We have been in the 201301 area for a while and we like the energy of Sector 63. We are a private limited company, but we keep things very informal among ourselves. We don't have time for long, boring meetings. We just talk about what needs to be fixed and get to it. Our team is small, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. Sometimes the boss is helping move furniture and other times the staff is helping with the books. We don't use marketing speak because it doesn't feel real to us. We just want to run hotels that work the way they are supposed to. It is a lot of physical and mental work, but we are used to it by now. We just stay focused on the daily tasks.
