We are located at 97 Sheesh Mahal, on Durga Devi Marg in Lucknow. The zip code is 226003. This is a very old part of the city, and the streets can be quite narrow and confusing if you aren't from around here. We work in medical tourism, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone and the internet. We help people figure out where to go for their health needs. The office is in a traditional building. It has high ceilings and stays relatively cool even in the Lucknow summer. We have a lot of maps and files piled up on our desks. It’s not a very modern-looking place. We don't have a fancy website team or anything like that. We just talk to people and try to help them out. The neighborhood is very lively. There are shops and food stalls everywhere. You can smell the street food from our window sometimes. It’s a lot of coordination work. We have to keep track of schedules and travel plans for people. Sometimes things get mixed up and we have to spend all day fixing a single booking. It’s just the nature of the job. We are a small LLP, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering phones to cleaning the office. It gets loud outside when there is a festival or a parade. We just keep our heads down and finish our work before heading home. It’s been located here for years now.
