Sajneer Mentors Private Limited operates out of the ground floor at Sk-Iii/146/A. It’s a small space, but it fits what we need to do. We spend most of our time sitting with people and talking through their problems or goals. Being on the ground floor is handy because people don't have to climb a lot of stairs to find us. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s usually just one of us opening the door when someone knocks. The office has a few bookshelves and some mismatched chairs we’ve picked up over the years. It feels more like a living room than a corporate office, which is fine by us. It makes people feel a bit more relaxed when they come in. We deal with all sorts of mentoring stuff, mostly just listening and giving a bit of guidance based on what we’ve seen before. The walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear the neighbors, but it’s a quiet enough street most days. We keep regular hours, though sometimes we stay late if a conversation is going long. There’s always a stack of papers to file and some old coffee mugs sitting around. It’s just how we work. Nothing fancy, just honest talk and trying to be useful to whoever walks in.
