Sachin Sharma - Aviva Life Insurance

I work out of an office in Sector 62, specifically at the Corenthum building. My space is on the third floor, Lobe 2, unit 11 41. It is a big corporate building, but my office feels a bit more personal than the others. I’m Sachin Sharma, and I spend my days dealing with Aviva Life Insurance papers. Most of my time is spent on the phone or sitting across from people who are worried about the future. I try to keep the atmosphere relaxed because insurance can be a dry and stressful topic for many folks. I have a desk that’s usually covered in folders and a computer that’s always got too many tabs open. The windows look out over the rest of Sector 62, which is always full of traffic and people rushing to work. I like being here because it’s central and easy for people to find once they get inside the building. Sometimes I go out to meet clients at their homes or at a nearby cafe if they can't make it to the office. It’s a lot of talking and explaining things in simple terms so nobody gets confused by the legal language in the policies. I’ve been doing this for a few years now, and I’ve learned that being honest is better than being a smooth talker. People just want to know their families will be okay, and I help them figure that part out.
