We are based at C -193 on the first floor in Sector 10. This is where we handle all the scheduling and the boring paperwork that comes with running a security service. It’s not a very big office, mostly just desks, chairs, and a few lockers for uniforms and gear. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with our staff who are out at different sites throughout the city. Sector 10 is where we started, and we’ve stayed here because it’s central for most of our people to reach. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when the shift changes and everyone is checking in at once. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and duty rosters pinned up so we can see who is where. The stairs to the first floor are a bit steep, so we get our exercise every day going up and down. It’s a practical environment where we focus on making sure every post is covered. There’s always a pot of tea going because someone is always coming or going from their shift. We don’t try to make it look like a corporate headquarters; it’s just a place where work gets organized. Most of the real action happens away from this office, but this is the hub that keeps everything moving and on time. We’ve got a small window that looks out over the street, so we can see when the traffic is getting bad.
