You can find RT & Associates Pvt Ltd in Noida Sector 67. We occupy two plots, A-47 and 48, on the first floor. It is a decent-sized space since we have two units joined together. We are located near Mamura, which is a busy little village area nearby. The industrial vibe of Sector 67 is very evident here, with lots of trucks and workers moving about during the day. Our office is mostly functional. We have rows of desks and a separate cabin where we keep all the heavy files and folders. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so moving furniture in was a real pain when we first moved here. We have a small area where we keep a microwave and a kettle for our breaks. The team here is pretty relaxed, though we do stay busy with the volume of work we have. We often hear the noise from the nearby workshops, but you get used to it after a week or two. It’s not the most modern office in Noida, but it’s sturdy and serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people on the phone. Sometimes we stay late to finish things off, and the area gets quite quiet once the factories close for the night. We aren't big on meetings; we just get together when something needs to be sorted out. It’s a straightforward workplace for regular people.
