Royal Hoskoning Architects

Our office is located right on the Main Road in Sector 63, specifically at B-159. It’s a busy area, which is good because we see a lot of what’s being built around town. Royal Hoskoning Architects has been operating from this spot for some time. We aren’t a massive firm with hundreds of people, just a group working on local building projects. We spend a lot of our time looking at site plans and dealing with the technical side of construction. The office is usually full of maps and architectural software running on old monitors. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a drawing. We handle a bit of everything, from planning out small commercial spaces to helping someone with their home layout. It gets loud outside with the traffic on the main road, but inside we’re focused on the details. We try to be straightforward about what can and can’t be done on a specific plot of land. Sometimes the rules are tricky, but we’ve learned how to navigate them over the years. It’s steady work and we like being part of the Sector 63 community. People know where to find us if they need a drawing signed off or a new design thought up. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. There is always a lot of paper everywhere, but that's just the way it goes here.
