Rgsquare India Private Limited is our company. We’ve set up our home base at J-701 in the Stellar Jeevan complex. It’s located at Gh-03 in Sector-01, which is part of Greater Noida. We’ve been in the 201306 area of Uttar Pradesh for a bit now. Gautam Buddha Nagar is a busy area to be in, but Stellar Jeevan gives us a good place to stay focused. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a place with computers, desks, and a lot of coffee. We’re not a big corporation with thousands of employees. We’re just a small group of people who decided to start something in India. Every day is a bit different. Some mornings we’re early, other times we’re staying late to finish a project. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just know what we need to do and we do it. It’s more about the work itself than how we look doing it. Being in Sector-01 is handy because we’re close to everything we need. We like the vibe here. It’s professional but not stiff. We try to keep things relaxed in the office so we can actually enjoy our jobs. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to. We’re just a practical team trying to build Rgsquare into something solid. It’s been a lot of learning as we go, but we’re making it work in our own way.
