Rg'S Cashmererg'S Cashmere Texfab Llp is located in Sector-107 at Sunworld Vanalika, specifically in T-3 1202. This is a bit different because we are operating out of a residential high-rise complex. It’s quite high up, so we get a good view of Noida, though we don't spend much time looking out the window. We use the space to manage our textile and cashmere operations. It’s a bit unusual having an office in an apartment building, but it works for us. It keeps things quiet and we don't have the noise of a factory floor right next to us. We have samples of cashmere laid out on tables and a couple of computers where we track our orders. Most of our work is done through emails and phone calls. We don’t have walk-in customers because of the security at the gate. It’s a very private and focused way of working. We are a small team and we usually work in a very relaxed way. There aren't any suits or formal meetings here. We just sit around the dining table sometimes to discuss what needs to happen with the next shipment. It’s a simple setup but it suits the kind of niche work we are doing. We just focus on the fabrics and making sure the numbers are right. It keeps us busy and out of the way of the city rush. Most days are quiet and productive here.
