Revival Dawat Private Limited

We started Revival Dawat here in Village Sorkha near Jai Singh’s place because we wanted something local. It is mostly just us working in the back kitchen every morning getting things ready for the day ahead. Noida is growing fast but out here in Sorkha it still feels a bit like the old days with narrow lanes and people knowing each other's names. Most of our day is spent checking ingredients and making sure the stoves are working right. It gets hot in the summer but we have a few fans going. We don’t have fancy offices or anything like that. Just a simple space where we can focus on the food we make. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost finding the address because the turns can be confusing if you aren’t from around here. We just tell them to look for Jai Singh’s house and they usually find us eventually. It’s a lot of hard work and late nights but that’s how it goes when you run a small business in this part of Gautam Buddha Nagar. We try to keep things organized even when it gets busy during the lunch rush. There’s always something to clean or a bill to settle. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s not a glamorous life but it keeps us busy and we like being part of the neighborhood here in Noida 201301.
