Rawat Pan Shop

You can find us over in Sector 35. It’s a small shop, honestly just a little spot where people stop by when they’re walking through Noida. I’ve been sitting here for a long time now. The morning starts early when I get the fresh leaves delivered and start cleaning them. It’s a routine that hasn’t changed much over the years. We have all kinds of people coming by, from workers taking a quick break to folks driving home after a long day at the office. We keep things pretty straightforward. We have the usual stuff you’d expect at a pan shop. Sometimes the weather is really hot and we just sit under the fan waiting for the evening rush. It gets much busier when the sun goes down and everyone is out for a stroll. We don't have a big sign or any fancy lights. People just know we are here. My nephew helps me out sometimes when it gets crowded. We talk to the regulars about the news or just the weather. It’s not a complicated life. We just make sure the ingredients are fresh and the shop is tidy. It’s a local business through and through. Nothing more, nothing less. If you’re passing through Sector 35, you’ll likely see us there. We’ve become a part of the neighborhood landscape after all these years of being in the same spot, and we are happy staying right here.
