Rathi Global Realty Services Private Limited

We are set up at Lot No- 1072 on the ground floor of Pinewoodenclave in Wave City. It is a newer area, so things are still being built all around us. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in when they are driving through the enclave. Rathi Global Realty Services Private Limited is what we call the business, but mostly we are just the guys who know the layout of this section of the city. The office has big windows, so we see the construction crews passing by all day long. Sometimes the dust from the new roads gets in, but we do not mind too much. It is part of the growth here. We have some basic furniture and a computer that usually works fine unless the internet acts up. Most people come to us because they want to know what is happening with the plots nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking across the lot to show someone a corner or a boundary line. It is practical work. We do not use big words or fancy presentations. We just show the maps and tell people what the current situation is on the ground. Wave City is getting busier, and we are right in the middle of it. If you see the Pinewoodenclave signs, you are pretty close to where we sit every day. We usually stay until the sun goes down and the street lights come on.
