Our office is tucked away in the Balaji Complex at Krishna Nagar in Lucknow. We are on the ground floor, specifically shop GF-7. Being on Kanpur Road means there’s always a lot of noise from the vehicles passing by. We deal with organic exports, which means we spend a lot of time looking at certificates and talking to various suppliers. The office is pretty small and sometimes it gets crowded when we have a lot of samples arriving. We aren't some massive company with a big marketing budget. It’s just a few of us here doing the actual work. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just about getting organic products from one place to another. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait around to send our emails. Lucknow gets really hot, so we usually have a few bottles of water on every desk. We don't have a professional cleaning crew, so things can get a little dusty. We just focus on making sure the packaging is right and the labels are correct. Most of our clients have been with us for a while. We don't do any real advertising. People find us because they need someone to handle their export needs. It’s just a regular job for us and we try to do it as honestly as we can. Every shipment that goes out is just another day at the office in Lucknow.
