Our place is in Rani Bagh, over in the Shivnarayan area of Etawah. It’s a local neighborhood where things move a bit slower than in the big cities like Noida or Ghaziabad. We focus on housing and have been based in this part of Uttar Pradesh for a while now. The office at Rajit Housing is a simple building, nothing too flashy. We have maps and plans pinned to the walls and a few desks where we handle the paperwork and talk to people about their homes. Rani Bagh is a quiet area, so we don’t have to deal with too much noise, except for the occasional tractor or motorbike passing by. We spend a lot of our time out on sites or meeting people in the community to talk about building projects. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy website team; it's just us answering the phone and writing things down in our notebooks. The summer heat in Etawah can be really tough, so we do most of our outdoor work early in the morning or later in the evening when it cools down a bit. Inside, we just have a few fans and some cold water to keep us going. We know most of the people who come through our doors, which makes the work feel a lot more personal. It’s just a small team trying to do a decent job.
