Rajendra Kavita Welfare Foundation

We are located at K-396 on the 7th Avenue side of Gaur City-1. Noida is a big place, and this part of Gautam Buddha Nagar is always full of people moving around. Rajendra Kavita Welfare Foundation runs out of this space, and it’s usually quite active. The apartment blocks here look a lot alike, so people sometimes get lost trying to find our specific unit. We have a couple of desks shoved into the main room and a big table where we handle all the sorting. It’s not a fancy setup, but it gets the job done for us. The security guards at the gate know us by now. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains hard in Uttar Pradesh, so we just take a break then. We try to stay on top of the paperwork, but it’s a lot for a small group. It’s just us here, no big managers or anything like that. We take turns making coffee and making sure the lights are off before we leave. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and some trees. It feels like a neighborhood office, which is exactly what it is. We don't have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets it. It’s a bit messy at times with all the boxes around, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical way to work.
