Working out of Plot No.11 in Mariam Nagar means we're pretty used to the local pace. RAGHAV PRIME INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED is where we handle all the construction and infra stuff that comes our way. It's not a very big office, just enough space for our desks and a bunch of maps and site plans lying around. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just sit there talking until it comes back on. We spend a lot of time on the phone with sites and checking if the materials got delivered on time. Most days are just a cycle of checking schedules and hoping the rain doesn't slow down the work. Mariam Nagar is a decent enough area, though parking near the plot can be a bit of a gamble if you get here late in the morning. We started this because we knew how to build things and wanted to do it on our own. It’s hard work and the margins are usually tight. We don't use any fancy apps to manage things, mostly just notebooks and a lot of phone calls. There’s usually a bit of mess in the corner with samples of bricks or cement bags. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to finish the projects we started without too many delays. It’s just a normal day-to-day grind for us here.
