Being right next to the police chowki in Bhangel makes it easy for people to find us. We have the first two shops in Kumar Complex. It’s a busy spot in Noida, and there is always something going on outside on the street. Usually, it’s noisy with the traffic and people walking by to the other shops. We have been working out of these two units for some time. Inside, we’ve got some desks and chairs where we sit and talk to people about their education plans. It’s not a large office, but it works for what we need. We spend our mornings sorting through paperwork and checking emails. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we have to be patient. Rafel International is basically just us trying to stay organized in the middle of a crowded neighborhood. We don’t have flashy signs or anything. Just the name on the door. People from the local area stop in quite a bit to ask questions. We keep some water for guests and try to make the place comfortable enough. The afternoon sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard, so we usually keep the shutters halfway or use the curtains. It is a simple way of working, just day to day, making sure we get the forms filled out and help whoever walks in. We are just local people running a small office.
