R9 Welfare Foundation

You can find R9 Welfare Foundation up on the first floor at H 107 in Sector 63. It’s a busy part of Gautam Budha Nagar, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We moved in here to have a dedicated space for the projects we handle. It isn't a huge place, just a simple office where we sit down and figure things out. Most days are filled with paperwork and phone calls, trying to stay organized. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We care more about whether the work actually helps someone at the end of the day. A few of us have been working together for years now. We know each other’s habits, which makes things easier. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of milk for tea, but we get by. Sector 63 is full of energy, and we like being part of that. We don't have a grand philosophy or a long list of goals written on the walls. We just take it day by day. If a problem comes up, we talk it over and try to fix it. That's the way we’ve always done it. It’s quiet inside compared to the street, which helps us focus. We aren't doing anything revolutionary. We are just a group of people doing our bit from this small office in Noida. It feels right to be here.
