R K Consumer Food Products is located in the Surajpur Industrial Area, specifically at Site C. We’re in an industrial block at J-054 in Bishrakh. It’s a lot of warehouse space and heavy machinery here. We deal with consumer food products, which means a lot of packing and sorting. The air is always full of the sounds of the industrial area. We have been here in Gautam Buddha Nagar for some time and we’ve seen the area change a lot. Our team is mostly local people who come in and work the lines. We spend our days making sure the machines are running and the boxes are filled properly. It’s repetitive work, but it’s important to get it right. We don’t have a flashy storefront because we mostly deal with bulk and distribution. If you walked in, you’d see a lot of stacks of pallets and people in hairnets working hard. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generators to kick in, which is just part of life in this area. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall, we just want to get the orders loaded onto the trucks by the end of the shift. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way without making things too complicated for ourselves or the staff.
