R Career Concepts

We are located at E-157 in Gamma 1, Greater Noida. This is a relatively calm part of the city, which is nice because it lets us focus on our work without too much distraction. We focus on career concepts, which basically means we help people who are looking for advice on their jobs or what to study next. Our office is quite small and simple. We have a couple of desks, some filing cabinets, and a few chairs for people to sit and talk. We are not a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. Usually, it is just two or three of us here during the day. We started this because we saw a lot of students in the area who were not sure about which path to take after school. We do not have any polished sales pitches or expensive marketing brochures. We just sit down with whoever comes in and have an honest conversation about their options. It is a very informal environment, and we like to keep it that way so people feel comfortable talking to us. Gamma 1 is a friendly neighborhood and we have gotten to know many of the people who live nearby. We do not spend much on advertising; mostly people find us because a friend or a family member told them about our office. It is straightforward work that feels meaningful to us, and we are happy to be doing it here in Greater Noida.
