You can find us on the 4th floor of Tower M in the Sharnam complex, over in Noida Sector 107. It’s a tall building, and sometimes waiting for the lift takes longer than the actual work we do. Being up on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, though it’s mostly just other buildings and the busy streets below. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of power strips for all our laptops. As consultants at Quickscale, we spend a lot of time talking and typing. There is always a stack of papers somewhere that needs sorting. Sector 107 is a growing part of Noida, so there is always some construction noise in the background. It’s just part of the atmosphere now. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just our name on the door so people know they found the right place. Most of our days are spent going through data or talking to clients on the phone. We try to keep things simple and avoid making it more complicated than it needs to be. The kitchen area is small, just enough for a kettle and some biscuits. It’s a quiet place to get things done without the usual corporate noise. We’ve grown used to the routine of this tower and the people who work in the other offices nearby. It’s just how we work.
