We’ve been over here at House No.-149 in the Esic Colony for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Sector-56. Most days you’ll find us talking to guys about site plans or checking on material deliveries. Noida is always growing, so there’s plenty of dust and noise around the office. We just handle the construction side of things, making sure stuff gets built right. Sometimes the weather gets in the way or a truck is late, but that’s just how it goes in this business. Our team is small, just a few of us trying to keep everything moving. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just some desks and a lot of paperwork. It gets pretty loud outside sometimes because of the traffic near the colony. If you're looking for the place, it's just one of the Type-Ii houses. Most of the time we are out looking at progress on whatever project is current. We try to keep things simple and get the work done without too much fuss. It isn't always easy keeping track of every bag of cement or every brick, but we manage. We’ve seen this area change quite a bit since we started. It’s a lot of work, but someone has to do it. Usually, we are around from morning until the sun goes down. Nothing too complicated about it, just a construction outfit doing what we do every day.
