We have been at Booth No 3 for a while now, right across from the government college in Arya Nagar. It is a busy spot, especially with Max Hospital being so close by. People see our sign and come in to ask about building projects or just to talk about what they need done on their land. Pushpanjali Constructions started out because we wanted to stay busy doing real work that people can actually see when they walk down the street. It is not always easy work. Some days we are dealing with paperwork and other days we are out looking at sites, making sure things are moving along like they should. We have seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. Being in Block-A makes it easy for folks to find us. We mostly focus on getting the job done without making too much of a fuss. If someone needs a wall built or a house started, they know where to find the office. It’s just a small place, but it works for what we do. We try to keep things simple and honest. You won’t find anything fancy here, just some desks and plans spread out. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and trying to get materials delivered on time, which is its own headache sometimes. But that is how it goes when you are in this business. We are just glad to be a part of the local community here in Arya Nagar.
