Our office is actually a basement shop. It’s in Chahat Ram Market, Gali No 1, Naya Bans. That is in Sector 15 of Noida, zip code 201301. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice. It’s a busy market area, so there’s always something happening outside the door. Providya is just a small learning service. We don't have a lot of space, but we use every inch of it. There are books stacked up and a couple of tables for people to sit at. It’s not a fancy corporate setup at all. We have some old chairs and a kettle for making tea. Most people who come to see us are looking for some help with their studies or some extra training. We don't do any big advertising. Usually, people just see our sign in the market or someone tells them about us. We’ve been in Naya Bans for a while now. The street can get a bit crowded with bikes and people, but that’s just life in Sector 15. We try to keep things simple and helpful. If we can help someone learn something new, then it’s a good day. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who show up every day and do what needs to be done. It's a basic place for basic learning needs. We just try to get the work done right.
