Down at G-45 in Sector 06, you’ll find us working away at the Priyansh Social And Educational Research Foundation. Noida is a busy place, but our little corner is where we try to make sense of things through research and social work. We aren't a giant institution with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us sitting at desks, looking at data, and talking to people in the community to see what’s actually happening on the ground. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, and the internet cut out last Tuesday, but we keep at it. We spend our days looking into educational stuff and how to make things a bit better for folks around Gautam Buddha Nagar. It isn't always glamorous work. A lot of it is just reading reports and writing down what we find. We don’t use any of that big corporate talk because we don’t see the point. We’re just regular people trying to understand the world a bit better. If you stop by, you’ll probably see stacks of books and papers everywhere. It’s a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. We’ve been in this office for a while now and it feels like home. We just want to do honest work that might help someone down the line.
