Pristine Water

Our place is in Sector 12 of Noida, right at Z 265A. It’s a busy area and the summer heat in Uttar Pradesh really makes you realize why we do what we do. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it gets the job done for us. We deal with water systems and filters mostly. Noida has grown so fast since we first set up here. The roads get crowded during rush hour, so we usually try to get our deliveries out early in the morning before the traffic hits. We have a small team here. Most of us have lived in the NCR for years, so we understand the local water issues better than most. There's a tea stall just around the corner where we usually take our breaks. It's a practical business. We spend a lot of time checking equipment and talking to customers about their tanks or purifiers. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just how things are in this part of town. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just us answering the phones and making sure the water is right. People know where to find us if they need help with their supply. It’s a straightforward way to make a living and we’ve been at it for a good while now. We keep it honest and try to fix things properly the first time.
