Our team at Pretake Consultancy Services Llp is located in the Grihpravesh Apartment complex in Sector 77. We are up on the 10th floor in unit 1005 Vikram. Being in a high-rise gives us a pretty decent view of the surrounding area, which is mostly other apartment blocks and some developing land. It’s a residential setting, so the office doesn't feel like a cold, corporate box. We’ve set up our consultancy work in a way that feels a bit more like home. There are plants on the windowsills and the lighting is softer than what you’d find in a typical office building. We spend our hours going through documents and talking to people on the phone. It’s a quiet environment, which is exactly what we need for the kind of consulting we do. Sometimes the elevator takes a while, but that’s just part of living and working in a big apartment complex. We usually bring our own tea and snacks because there isn't a cafeteria in the building. It’s a very independent way of working. We aren't part of a giant corporate machine; we are just a small group of professionals using this space to get things done. It feels more personal this way. We like the fact that we can finish our work and be right in the middle of a residential neighborhood. It keeps things calm and straightforward for everyone involved.
