Prdairy Products is based out of Village Roja Yakub Pur in the Dadri area of Greater Noida. It’s a different vibe here compared to the city. We’re surrounded by more open space and we work closely with the local dairy side of things. Our day starts way before the sun is up because that’s when the milk comes in. We handle a lot of dairy items and it’s all about timing. If you’re late, things spoil, so we’re always watching the clock. The village setting means we know our neighbors and we’ve been part of this Gautam Buddha Nagar community for a long time. It’s dusty and can get very hot, but we have our routine down. We aren't a big fancy corporation with a glass building. Our place is practical and built for moving milk and milk products. We spend a lot of time cleaning the containers and making sure the storage is cold enough. It’s hard on the back, lifting the heavy cans and moving crates around all day. We just focus on the daily tasks of processing and getting things ready for transport. There’s no ego here, just people doing a job that needs to be done every single day, even on holidays because the cows don’t stop. It's just the way life is out here and we are used to the hard work.
