Prashant Skill Private Limited

We are located out in Village-Nagla Hare. It’s near the Post - Kaisth in the Jaswant area. It’s a more rural setting than some of those big city offices you see. Prashant Skill is something we started to help local people get some better abilities for work. It’s a simple building. We don’t have air conditioning in every room, so we leave the windows open to catch a breeze. Sometimes you can hear the animals or the tractors going by outside. It's a very grounded place. We don't use big words or try to act like we are better than anyone. We just know a few things about skills and training, and we want to share that. Most of the people who come here are from nearby villages. They know us by name, and we know them. It’s a bit of a dusty road to get here, but it’s home for us. We have a few computers and some tools for practice. Everything is used and a bit worn out, but it works fine. We spend our evenings sitting outside the office talking about what we can do better the next day. No big business plans or missions, just trying to help the community here in Nagla Hare.
