Prakritibhav Social Welfare Foundation

Our foundation, Prakritibhav Social Welfare Foundation, is located in the Alignaj area of Lucknow. We are over at SSI/146 ST,RD Yojna, near the B D Pandey house. Alignaj is a pretty well-established part of the city, with lots of houses and small shops scattered around every corner. The pin code is 226024. Lucknow is a place where people still take the time to talk to each other, and we try to do the same thing here. We have a small office space here that’s functional and simple. There aren't any flashy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have the basics to get things done. We’ve been in this part of Uttar Pradesh for a while now. Living and working in a residential area means we are close to the people we serve. It’s not like those big corporate foundations you see downtown. We are just neighbors helping neighbors. Most days are spent handling various social tasks and paperwork. We don’t have any big marketing slogans or anything like that. We just prefer to let the work speak for itself. People know our address and they know where to find us if they have something they want to discuss. It’s a quiet, straightforward operation. If you’re ever in Alignaj, you’ll see that we are just a regular part of the neighborhood here. We like it that way because it feels more personal and honest. We've been here for years.
