Plot No.18 in Hasemau. It's a bit out of the main city center of Lucknow. We set up here because it was available. The building isn't fancy. There’s a lot of dust from the road nearby. Sometimes the power goes out. We just sit around the table and get through the paperwork. It's not a big team, just a few of us who know the area. People walk by Plot 18 and sometimes peek in. We’ve got some old chairs and a desk that wobbles a little. The Lucknow heat in summer makes things slow, but we keep the fan going. Mostly we just deal with the daily tasks that come up. It isn't like those big offices you see in the movies. No glass walls or anything. Just a regular room with some files stacked up. We try to stay organized but it gets messy when we are busy. We've been at this address for a while now. Neighbors know us. Sometimes we share tea. It’s a plain way to work but it’s what we have. Most days are just quiet. We don't really do big meetings. Just talking over what needs doing today. Hasemau is changing fast, more buildings going up. We are just part of the local scenery now. The address is long but it’s home for the foundation. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment. Just some basic stuff to keep things running.
