We operate out of H No 136/A in the Ram Shyam Enclave area of Chipiyana Bujurg. Our main focus is getting grocery items and fresh milk delivered to people’s homes on time. We noticed that a lot of folks in this area find it hard to get out early in the morning for their milk, so we thought we could help with that. It is not a massive warehouse operation. It’s just a practical setup in a residential house. Every morning starts very early for us, usually before the sun is even up. We have to sort the milk packets and make sure the grocery orders from the night before are all packed and ready to go. My younger brothers and a couple of local boys do the deliveries on their bikes. The roads around Chipiyana Bujurg can get a bit rough, especially when it rains, but we try our best to keep things moving. We aren't using any high-tech systems or fancy gadgets. It is mostly just us writing down orders and making sure the delivery bag is full. Sometimes we get the address wrong or the milk is a little late if the truck from the dairy breaks down. We just apologize and fix it as fast as we can. It’s a simple, local service meant to make life a bit easier for the people living nearby.
