You can find our office over in Sector-11 of Noida, which is in the Gautam Budha Nagar district. It’s a pretty standard office area with a lot of other grey buildings nearby. We work on various social and health projects around the region. It isn’t the kind of place with a lot of glitz or fancy furniture. Inside, it’s mostly metal desks, computers, and stacks of reports waiting to be read. We spend a lot of time in meetings or on calls trying to coordinate different programs with people in the field. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around a long time and some newer faces. We usually eat lunch together in the small pantry area if we aren't too busy. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but we’ve gotten used to the Noida traffic by now. The building itself is quite plain, but it suits our needs for now. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising ourselves to the neighbors. Most of our work is handled through our desks or out in the districts. Sometimes we have visitors from other offices, which breaks up the daily routine a little bit. It gets quiet in the evenings once everyone heads home to their families. We just try to get through the daily tasks and make sure the data we are handling is accurate for the reports. It's just honest work.
