That is just the way it is with marble. We have the slabs laid out in the yard and we move them around with the crane or by hand if they are not too big. The area is quite industrial and there are always trucks coming in and out. It is not the kind of place where you would wear a suit. We wear boots and heavy clothes because marble is hard and heavy. The sun beats down on the plot all day in the summer. We have a small shed where we keep the paperwork and a computer. It is not very fancy but it gets the job done. We have been here in UP for some time and we know the local suppliers well. We do not really have a sales pitch. People come to the yard and look at the stone and they either like it or they do not. We tell them the price and that is it. We do not do big discounts or fancy talk. It is just marble and we are just the people who move it.
