Our setup for Philips Electronics India Limited is based in Shantikunj Apartments over in Sector 61. Noida can be a bit spread out and confusing, but this area is relatively easy to navigate once you get used to the different blocks. We are located on the third floor in apartment 301. To be honest, it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office, which is actually quite nice for the team here. We have a small balcony where people go to get some air or take a quick call away from the noise of the desks. The E 16 block is usually quiet during the day, except for the occasional delivery bike or neighbors heading out for errands. We have got some desks crammed into the main rooms and the kitchen area mostly serves as a spot for the tea kettle and our lunch boxes. It gets incredibly hot in the summer, so the AC stays on constantly from morning till night. Parking can be a bit of a headache if you arrive after nine, but we usually manage to find a spot. Most of us have been working here long enough that we know all the local shops for a quick snack or extra office supplies. It is a practical location for us since many of the staff live in the surrounding sectors. We do not have a big sign outside, just a simple place where the work happens every day. It is a bit cramped, but we make it work.
