You can find PERTINACITY ENTERPRISES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED at E-003 in Rail Vihar, which is in Sector-3 of Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. Since we are on the ground floor, it’s pretty easy to walk right in without having to deal with any elevators or stairs. Rail Vihar is a residential society, so it’s a lot quieter than the main commercial areas of Ghaziabad. We have a small office space here that used to be a regular room but now it’s filled with desks and cabinets. It’s a one-person company setup for the most part, though we sometimes have people helping out. The walls are painted a light color to make the small space feel a bit bigger. Outside the window, you can see the trees and the people walking through the society. It’s a peaceful spot to get work done, away from the heavy traffic of the city. We spend most of the day handling various tasks on the computer and making sure all the records are in order. There’s a small park nearby where it's nice to sit for a few minutes during a break. We don't have a big corporate sign, just a small nameplate on the door. It’s an honest, simple way to run a business, and being in Uttar Pradesh makes it easy for us to stay connected to the local area. We just focus on doing our bit every day in this quiet corner of the complex.
