Pepcon Confectioners Private Limited

Pepcon Confectioners is located on the first floor over in Sector 6, Noida. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there’s always trucks and noise outside our door at D-64. We spend most of our time dealing with sugar and ovens. Making sweets and confectionery items is a sticky business, and there is always something to clean up. We have been in this part of Gautam Buddha Nagar for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the sector. The morning starts early with getting the heat up and checking the batches from the day before. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We have a small team here and everyone knows their part. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to fix it ourselves while the production waits. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, we just focus on getting the orders out to the shops that buy from us. The office part is just a small desk in the corner where we keep the paperwork and logs. Most of the real work happens out on the floor where the mixing is done. It gets pretty warm in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. It’s a simple operation, really. We just show up, do the work, and go home when the shift is done.
